Instructions on How to Make a Vaporizer

Vaporizer is a machine which is used as an alternate to the smoking for releasing active and simulated ingredients of a plant material or herb. Usually, it can be used for several herbs; also it is useful for tobacco for releasing certain valuable ingredients of plant material or herbs.

In medical field, vaporizer is considered as the substitute for smoking. Unlike in smoking, it does not burn the herb but instead it heats the herb to a temperature of greater than 200 degree Celsius. By doing this, its active ingredients get melted and are converted to the form of vapor which by nature, are aromatic without having any separate matter.
Generally, people inhale the vapors released by the vaporizer but in few cases, it can also be ice cooled or conditioned to the moisture. By vaporization, toxins and other harmful gases are not released so, their harmful effects are reduced to a great extend or completely removed. If you want to make a vaporizer, all what is required is little quantity of wood, a 2 liter bottle which is made up of plastic and a soldering iron. Following are the instructions which tell how to make a vaporizer:

•    To make a vaporizer, first of all cut the plywood to a triangle such that its each side is 8 inches.
•    Then varnish and stain the wood.
•    After choosing any one side of the triangle, make mark at center exactly on bottom and top.
•    For being able to create a hole which can be penetrated using soldering iron handle, we select a drill bit size. Now, drill this with size and allow a rim at the top.
•    Now, the triangular piece is turned to mark 3 spots at 1 cm each from the 3 vertices. Drilling is done at an angle of 15 degree through each of vertex.
•    Now cut out the planned middle portion of the plastic bottle.
•    We place a black piece in the middle of triangle over the hole. Now, we pierce two nails through the wood.
•    Silicon sealant or hot glue is being used surrounding the bottom of the piece, and using this, cracks are filled.

Above instructions were for making the conduction vaporizer which has different advantages and disadvantages than the convection vaporizer. These are costly than conduction vaporizers and also are hard to make as compared to the conduction vaporizer.
