Seeing an orthodontist isn’t always about braces and crooked teeth. You might have a medical problem that is caused by misaligned jaw bones and you didn’t even realize it.

Problems that can be caused by a misalignment of the jaw include snoring, sleep apnea, breathing problems, as well as affect your ability to chew or speak. This is in extreme cases and is only done in order to help the jaw heal better aligned.
