Planning for Your Prom

With spring comes the time to enjoy. Every girl in the city starts her preparations for prom. It is perhaps the most memorable night of a high school student. The night before your graduation deserves to be special. It requires much time and effort to have everything in place for the prom.

It is always handy to know a few makeup tips that should be considered while you get ready for your prom.

Because prom nights are special, hence the makeup might need much money to be given to the professionals. While applying the makeup one has to keep in mind the facial structure, complexion, hairdo and the dress. It is actually impossible to have a good makeup until and unless all these things are done in advance. It depends on the individual what kind of makeup she wants. Some like wild and loud while some like a natural makeup. Much discussion and planning make the prom night makeup almost perfect. Also you should have a sound sleep so that you do not look exhausted and tired at night.

First the foundation has to be chosen. It depends on your skin colour. After that the eye shades are to be selected. But since the girls for prom are young, they do not necessarily require foundation. Their skin is already soft and tender. Hence there is a natural glow in their skin. Light spreading of powder with a fluffy brush is a good alternative for this.

One should avoid highlighting eyes as well as the lips. The overall effect of the makeup is reduced by this. Use bright colours when doing your lips and simple, soft and gentle colours are recommended for eyes. Then go for the mascara and eye shadows and even fake eyelashes if you want. These fake eyelashes can prove to be really attractive.

Do not use a lot of blush on the cheeks. Brush off the extra. Excessive blush gives an impression of a painting rather than a makeup. Glossy lips, glitter on bare skin, and sweet highlighting can be just perfect. You can try whatever you always liked on this night and feel confident about it (if it suits on youScience Articles, of course). Salons and beauty experts also give their advice for the prom night. So try to talk to them about what you should do and what should be avoided.
