Should Viagra and Cialis Be Protected Under Men\\\'s Civil Rights?

When force with layoffs, there are many many who are taking a stand when lose their pension, health insurance, and other benefits, but they refuse to lose their access to Viagra and Cialis.

Rights to Viagra and Cialis has been seen in a harsh light by people who are not using Viagra and Cialis.  They simply do not understand why so many man would work so hard for a simple medication.  If you have used generic Viagra and Cialis, then understand why so many man would do that.

Viagra and Cialis Gender Related Rights

When it comes to giving medications to women that are particular two women, there is no problem.  However, Viagra and Cialis do not seem to be seen in the same light.  This is rather unfortunate.  The primarily, it is discrimination against men.  Many use Viagra and Cialis for the reasons of health.  They are not doing this as an option.  In addition to what most people think about, people who buy Viagra and Cialis also buy them to treat the cardiovascular system.  To tell men that they cannot receive a medication because is perceived as sexual is discrimination. 

Men Fight the Courts for Viagra and Cialis

It is well known that there are some men who have been fighting with the government to sue employers that refuse them the right to include Viagra and Cialis in their insurance.  They may need to be in the court process for many years, but they eventually win.  They are even school boards and unions that are involved in this process.  Schools say they want to ban Viagra and Cialis from employee health plans to save money on a budget.  However, most of the time, those claims aren't true. 

Future Viagra and Cialis Rights

Because it is used to treat a condition that is health related, the future of Viagra and Cialis are in good health.  Any employer that has a problem with covering your Viagra and generic Cialis in their insurance can simply speak with a lawyer.  They will find that they are not allowed to deny you this coverage.  You do not need to be rude about it at all, you just simply need to direct your employer or human resources department to the right information.
