Protein - Protein is most important factor for hair growth. It is  essentially required for healthy and strong hair. Hair is actually  made up of a protein called keratin. Add meat, egg, fish, cheese, pulses, peas, nuts and delicious beans to your diet.

Whole grain cereals "?" Take whole grain cereals like wheat instead of maida for  production of healthy hair.

Vitamin B-Complex "?" Vitamin B-Complex is one other important vitamin for strong hair. It prevents the hair loss and  although helps in maintaining the shine and health of hair. Vitamin B complex restores the health of hair as well. Take fruit and vegetables all that are rich in vitamins. You can also take vitamin supplements in the form of capsules right after breakfast. "? Eat a salad of carrot, tomato, cabbage, cucumber and lettuce. You need to add some sprouts also. Use lemon juice for a low calorie dressing. This salad  is source of natural Vitamin C and Vitamin B complex.
"? Curd is very excellent food for hair. Include it to your meal as a mandatory item, two times.
"? Make a juice of carrot, spinach, tomatoes and lettuce. Add lemon juice to it. This is  such a good source of vitamins.
