Some quick and easy tips to lose weight have been detailed below.

1 - Eating at Regular Intervals

Breakfast is the most required and essential meal of the day. This is important because your body at the start of a day needs strength to carry on the activities till bedtime and to keep away from feeling hungry for the earlier part of the day.

To avoid developing hunger pangs, take care to eat at least 5 times through out the day with carefully planned portions of food .Do not over eat in one meal than the other.

2 - Make sure your food has a lot of fiber content

Fiber like water makes you feel filled and helps in an active bowel. Food items like figs, apples, chickpeas, strawberries, nuts, beans, potatoes, and broccoli are rich in fiber content. Fiber is mainly found in plant foods.
These kinds of eatables are nourishing and same time prevents you from gaining weight as they have less calories.

3 - Consume more good fats

Fatty acids help in producing prostaglandin (hormone used to prevent clotting of blood, prevent heart diseases, and regulates blood pressure) and are essential for normal growth and reproduction. These fatty acids are contents of good fats. Herring, Sardine and Salmon, are all sea food with rich good fat content.

4 -Read Labels

Labels here refer to reading of the ingredients and serving of the food items you purchase. Make sure you make a note of how many people the certain container serves and check for calories content.

5 -Exercise accordingly

Every individual has a liking for a different kind of exercise routine. What suites some may be boring or not proving fruitful to the other. Some may enjoy jogging in the outdoors or biking while some may prefer exercising indoors in gym. Every person looses weight in different manners of exercise. Do not force yourself to do something which is not helping you. Exercise in an environment and timing of your liking.

6 -Take Vitamins

Natural supplements or multi vitamin capsules should be taken along side good mineral diets. A nutritionist would be able to consult you on good vitamin supplements for your body.


7 -Identify Ideal weight

According to the height every person has a corresponding average ideal weight. For example if you are 5’5 your ideal weight should be around 58-60 kg’s. These height-weight calculators are easily available on the net. When you are trying to loose weight, keep your ideal weight in mind, so you don’t over do the exercises and diet control.
