Soybeans are excellent source of protein for vegetarians. It increases weight.
If you are non-vegetarian, eat eggs daily for weight gain.
Include curd and ghee in lunch daily. You can drink a glass of milk after dinner, which is good for gaining weight.
Gaining weight does not necessarily mean you will stop moving. Exercise regularly to maintain your metabolism and increasing appetite. Exercise increases endorphins and keeps you in good mood.
