Use a calendar When you want to make sure you stick to your schedule, you make an appointment that you try to keep. The same goes for the fitness schedule. Mark on a calendar the days when you want to exercise and put it in a place where it’s visible.
Do a bit of soul searching You should ask yourself a couple of questions, like why are you trying to exercise. Do you want to look good for a wedding or another event? Do you want to look better for your boyfriend or girlfriend? Trying to look good for others doesn’t always work. Instead, try to look good for yourself, so you become strong, with a good muscle tone, lots of energy and flexibility, and with a lot less weight.
Build a routine Try to make exercising a routine that you get used to. This way you will find it easier to find the time to do it each day.
Setting goals Another method to remain focused is to set some goals. If you want to keep working on your goals, don’t pick only long term goals. The trouble with them is that they’re exactly that, long term. Short term goals are easier to follow. You can set them for 3-6 weeks periods and try to accomplish them. In the long run, these short term goals will help you achieve your bigger goals.
Do an intense workout When the workout is intense, your body releases endorphins. A doctor can tell you how much exercises your body should take, depending on their body type and fitness level.
Do an exercise you love You should choose a type of
exercise that you enjoy doing, so you are enthusiastic about it. Some people
