Here's our thoughts on weight control,Weight Control With Good Nutrition Articles it's not such a complicated topic really, as all of us have seen and felt the benefits of raw living juices without really trying, trim waistlines and more natural energy are just two of the benefits along with clearer younger looking skin and plenty of compliments from admirers!!

Blood sugar control we are instinctual creatures, sometimes slave to our urges for something sweet or savory, while I agree it's good to listen to your instincts it's also important that the first thing you do each day is set yourself up well, rather than start a series of blood sugar highs and lows that will have you craving sweet stuff all day! Get your blood sugar under control and you weight and hunger pangs will follow.

Breakfast the first meal of the day, this one sets you up for the day, you want this to be filling, nutritious and slow to digest. It takes a while to break with the tradition of cereals, toast etc but it's well worth doing. Have a look at what white toast with jam on is, it's refined grain with all the goodness removed with sugar on top! The point is although it tastes nice is actually digests far too quick, is addictive AND leaves you wanting to pack away more of the same. Not the way to start!

Make a breakfast smoothie, but for that extra "meal in a glass" feeling why not add the following, spinach for protein, flax oil for omega oil nutrients, some nuts for minerals and further protein. Start the day with a nice large fruit and vegetable smoothie and you'll have a meal that will carry you through till lunchtime and give you body the natural nutrients it needs to build and repair itself

The juiceproducer breakfast smoothie

You will need, a blender a large banana, half an avocado, a handful of spinach, a peeled orange, two apples, some mixed seeds, some nuts, personally I go for cashews or brazils, some flax seed oil, or the seeds themselves, half a lemon, some water and a small carrot!

Instructions put all those ingredients into the blender, squeeze the lemon juice in and give it a 30 second blast on full power, add the water to thin the mixture to taste and there you have it, a highly nutritious breakfast smoothie, with this in your system there is little you are missing, even vitamin B12 is there from the spinach!

Start the day like this with a nutritious smoothie and not only will you have the energy to last all the way through til lunch without snacking, you may find it easier to focus and concentrate too! The simple principle is to consume nutrient rich foods and not fill up on high calorie nutritionally poor foods.
