A program that uses the foods groups that we already eat and exercises that we can do at home with the purchase of expensive exercise equipment. The problem starts when we begin to search the internet and the local store for just the right plan that will fit our individual needs. There are hundreds and hundreds of diet plans on the net , TV and magazines. You can spend a millionaire's fortune just checking these diets out to find the right one for you.
