While there are no substitutes for hospital care in some instances, there are many other situations in which these clinics make the perfect choice for patients who don't want to spend all day in a waiting room. They also make a nice alternative to waiting for a doctor's appointment, which can take weeks. Here are some of the things such a clinic can offer you.

As you surely already know, making an appointment with a physician can take weeks. If you have a doctor who is extremely sought after and busy, it could take even longer than that.
