There are still cases that females perspire more than the normal pattern. However, if that female is an athlete, then seeing her dripping in sweat is normal. But if that female perspires too much while in a resting position or doing nothing at all, then you can say that the female has excessive sweating condition and needs to consult a doctor.

Excessive sweating is a condition in which a person perspires too much than the normal. Several studies and researches conducted in order to know what causes excessive sweating. In medical term, excessive sweating is called Hyperhidrosis. This condition can be attributed to the overproduction of the perspiration in the sweat glands that is caused by the sympathetic nervous system. Aside from that, there are so many reasons that triggers excessive sweating, some example of it are the following: if the patient has pre-existing medical condition especially diabetes, personal hygiene, consumption of food and water.
 
In addition to them, changes in the inside body of an adolescent child can be grounds for the appearance of excessive sweating. This is because puberty plays an important role in the appearance of excessive sweating. The several chemical and hormonal changes in puberty can trigger excessive anxiety. Unfortunately, an individual in his adulthood still possess excessive sweating. This kind of sweating is not normal for most females. If they perspire too much, you can say that he/she is experiencing the hyperhidrosis condition. It is not true that the excessive sweating is not cause of the hormonal changes in women.

Japan’s Kobe University and Osaka International University conducted experiment in which they used many athletic men and women as samples. These people did strenuous exercises in a room with 86 degree temperature; they have to do the activities for an hour. In the end of the experiment, a correlation was created on what the causes of excessive sweating are for both male and female. The cause of hyperhidrosis for male is different for female.

While it is true that both males and females have the same number of skin pores, they do not produce the same amount of sweat. Healthy males sweated more than healthy females. They concluded that this kind of sweating difference can be due to the human evolution.
