5 Tips for Improving Digestion

 Third, please do not drink at the time eating.  This leaves along with rule # 2, above.  Fluids will reduce your stomach acid and all the digestive enzymes.  The most excellent time to drink, and pure water is absolutely the most excellent drink available, is first thing in the morning, during or around work-outs, and between meals.  Sure, you can have a sip or two with meals to lubricate you’re swallowing.  But maintain the fluids with food down to a least amount.
