Natural Face Lift Techniques

For many people the idea of going under the knife in order to obtain a face lift can be a bit scary. Not only is the procedure a little frightening, but quite costly as well! Thankfully, there are techniques available to those wishing to achieve a face lift look without the stress and expense. In fact, through taking only a few minutes a day to exercise your face, individuals can begin to notice a visible tightening of the facial structures. In this article, we will outline a few exercises worth trying out.

Exercise 1 – Overall Face Muscles

Start by puckering your mouth, as if you are about to whistle your favorite tune. Next, force your mouth further forward with your eyes closed. Hold this position for a period of about 20 seconds. Just afterward, open both your eyes and mouth as wide as you possibly can in order to create a surprised or shouting facial expression. Hold for 20 seconds. Repeat this exercise for roughly two minutes.

Exercise 2 – Chin

Look up towards the ceiling, and press your tongue to the front roof of your mouth. Hold this position for 15 seconds and let go. This will help to work your chin muscles, and should be repeated for a period of at least 2 minutes.

Exercise 3 – Neck

Place one hand at the base of your neck so that it is stretched all the way across your collar bone. Hold your hand down and extend the neck through the process of allowing the chin to lead while also stretching the jay in an upward direction. Do not swallow. Instead, direct your bottom lip upward like a fish-face and make 10 gulps.

Exercise 4 – Eye Lift

Shut your eyes with authority and place your thumbs around the outward corners of the eye lids. Now, gently pull the skin upward, toward the temple area. Pause and repeat. Continue this exercise for a period of 2 minutes.

Additionally, try opening your eyes for one repetition and closing them for the next. Refrain from moving the head. Make your eyes go as far up and down as they are able. Once you are finished simply state ahead.
