Well it is quite easy actually. First you make a check list, which stuff that you never use for the last 1 year, this is your first priority item to sell. And then you can browse your house from every room you have.

For example you can browse your bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room, etc. And then before you sell it, you need to do some fix and clean to the items that need it. Remember, people won't buy your items if it look dirty and broken, so please do your home work before the event started.

And in order to save your time, you need to label every items that you sell, otherwise you will end up by answering everybody that ask for the price.
