There are a few types of adhesive available but Thinset or another powder type adhesive that is mixed with water before application is recommended. This product comes in bags and permits the mixing of the exact amount needed and storage of the rest for future use. The removal and installation will go quite quickly and the use of Thinset will ensure that the tile is ready for grouting the second day.
