Owning your own home is ideal until you have to fix a major problem. Attempting to fix something that could cost you hundreds of dollars is not simple. Mold will grow in dull places like the bath, basement, or laundry room. It can grow along the floor - but it is more commonly found along the drywall. If it is simply a small outbreak and the drywall is painted than you will have the ability to easily clean it up. Extreme outbreaks on walls that have not been painted need to be replaced.

Mix together one cup of chlorine bleach with a gallon of water. Use a sponge to put the cleaner on the drywall and wash it. Let the bleach sit for fifteen minutes.
