There is a secret history behind earn money surveys. Companies gradually learnt that they will have to pay customers to know their opinion about their products.

Would you ask your neighbour how your garden is looking? Would it matter to you what other people think of it, once you are done grooming it? A strange question isn’t it. Yet, that’s the exact same logic behind earn money surveys.

You groom your garden, maybe because you like doing it. Maybe you just want it to look nice. But the whole idea behind it is to make it look good and desirable when you look at it. That’s exactly what a multi-billion dollar company wants to do. It wants its products to look good. Why? Well, of course so that it sells more in the market.

We as the end consumer have specific tastes and preferences.  And we spend our money to suit them. What the companies need to find out is what these tastes and preferences are. In this way, they can then tailor their products according to them so that they can sell more.

A long time ago, companies came up with the idea of sending people over to homes, to ask them about their choice when buying a product. However, these people often met only the housewives, who never had the time to indulge them in their minute long questions.

With the advancement of technology and the rise of telemarketing operations, companies hired representatives to call up residences and ask the same questions. Yet again, people did not have time to entertain them.

Then, came the realisation that consumers could not be forced to give up their spare time for their opinions, unless they were given the appropriate incentives. Hence, companies decided that they would have to share a small portion of their profits with their consumers if they were to get their opinions. And thus came along earn money surveys.
