The new structure includes the promotion of one employee and the addition of another.Ryan Burns will move from Account Executive to Resource Manager where he will oversee resource allocation within the creative department. Ryan's extensive background in both production management and account service provide a unique blend of expertise that will be utilized to plan client timelines and manage creative assets.Ian Gajadharsingh will fill Ryan Burns' previous position as Account Executive. His duties will include developing successful brand positioning, strategic marketing and sales planning and all daily management of client marketing initiatives. Ian comes to Hill Mullikin from S&P Destination Properties, where he was the marketing manager for Hokuli`a, a high-end resort on the Kona Coast of Hawai`i. While there, Ian's responsibilities included developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.In addition to working as an account executive for J. Brown/LMC, a subsidiary of Grey Global Group, Ian brings a wealth of luxury real estate and resort marketing experience from such industry leaders as Intrawest/Playground and Centex Destination Properties. His background is perfect for Hill Mullikin, a company whose heritage is rooted in hands-on experience with successful sales organizations.
