Using Trade Show Exhibits and More to Stand Out At Auto Shows

Banner stands and trade show exhibits can be a great addition to your auto show presence. Use these techniques to ensure your trade show displays – and your cars – will wow the crowd.

At an auto convention, the standouts will always be the cars. Yet your visitors still need to understand the science and engineering behind the automobile. There are many ways to educate visitors, including brochures, trade show exhibits, giveaways, and banner stands. These four are the most popular, and many companies find they work well when used together.

Informational Brochures

Pamphlets have long been a go-to option for distributing information. If done well, they communicate vital facts and can drive sales. However, it can be difficult to make brochures stand out, and virtually every exhibitor will be using them. If your visitors don't have something in which they can carry those pamphlets, the vast pile can quickly become overwhelming, and will quickly be dumped into the nearest recycling bin.

Giveaways That Get Results

One way to solve the problem of discarded brochures is to combine them with a giveaway meant to hold them. Giving a bag or satchel branded with your company's information can accomplish two goals at once. First, it will give your visitors something very useful that they will keep for the duration of the event. Second, it will also ensure that visitors to your trade show displays will keep the brochures you give them. Make the bag comfortable to hold, and your visitors won't put it down throughout the event. You will also help your competitors somewhat because your bag can hold their brochures as well, but many attendees will take brochures back and evaluate them after the fact – pulling them out of a bag that got your logo on it.

Banner Stands Can Grab Attention

Banner stands are like trade show exhibits on a smaller scale. They are very mobile, allowing them to be positioned throughout an area. This is particularly useful when you are considering a car event; the main attraction is always the vehicles, and banner stands can be very effectively interspersed between vehicles where larger trade show displays might be difficult to configure. Many companies choose banner stands to highlight a particular car. For instance, you might choose to display the vital facts about each model right next to it for easy information.

Banners can also be used on the edge of an area to advertise attractions inside. Depending on the configuration of your area, it may be difficult for visitors to see all cars. Arrange them carefully, but keep in mind that you can also use images of them to draw visitors inside. If you are actively advertising, you might also choose to promote sales or other specials with a mobile unit.

Frame The Cars With Trade Show Exhibits

Many novices try to create flashy designs in the background, but simply detract from the natural appeal of the cars. Always keep your backgrounds as a complement to the cars, something to enhance what is naturally present and alluring about them. Place information as close to the automobile itself as possible, and accent with standalone elements when necessary.

By combining elements, you can achieve professional trade show exhibits on any budget. Your cars will be the center of attentionFree Reprint Articles, and your company will see rewards long after the event.
