It’s Your Wedding Day Now You Can Relax

Hopefully you prepare for your wedding day the night before.  You choose not to eat or drink too much at the rehearsal dinner.  You save the bachelorette party or luncheon with your bridesmaids for another time.  You call your parents and thank them for the love and support.

All the wedding preparations of the last few weeks and months are finished.  Everything is in place.  No more contracts to sign, no more alterations, no more worrying if there will be too little food or too much.  You’ve had surprises, both good and bad up to this point.  You found that favorite flowers are not in season.  Your best friend is pregnant and on bed rest.  Your clergyman was all booked up the weekend of your wedding.  But maybe you also found out your future sister in law has a talent with flowers and saved you a bunch of money, making the boutonierres and corsages.  Or perhaps your cousin plays the harp and donated her services as a wedding gift.  The combination of all these players makes up the beautiful story of your wedding day.

Hopefully you prepare for your wedding day the night before.  You choose not to eat or drink too much at the rehearsal dinner.  You save the bachelorette party or luncheon with your bridesmaids for another time.  You call your parents and thank them for the love and support.  You drinks lots of water and go to bed early.  Now is the time to forget the hassles and clear your mind for the big day.

The wedding day will bring unexpected surprises as well.  There may even be some disappointments.  Maybe the wedding cake cracks.  Or perhaps your DJ has good music but no personality.  Your flower girl starts crying or throws a tantrum.  But it’s also possible that when the clergyman asks if anyone objects to the wedding, at your botanical garden ceremony, a bunch of ducks start quacking real loud and bring down the house!  No matter what happens, good or bad, today is your wedding day.  If you spill wine on your wedding gown, it doesn’t matter.  You are with the man you love, surrounded by family and friendsScience Articles, celebrating a day you will cherish forever.
