They promote the Collision Deductable Reserve Plan (CDRP) as a means to save money on auto insurance and yet still remain financially responsible. This much is evident in just a few minutes.

In order to attempt to understand IDA Marketing Services goal it is important to examine the product they offer, and if it saves money as claimed and still makes sense. The idea behind this product is simple, people must have collision insurance, it is not only financially responsible but it is required in almost every state in the nation.

The lower the amount of the deductable on an insurance policy and then the more the motorist pays for their insurance premiums and yet most people do not have the ready cash to pay out $1,000 in case of an accident so they choose lower deductable and higher premiums. It is a fact of modern life and driving that insurance is a constant.

CDRP is a means of saving the monthly difference between the motorist’s current deductable and the maximum of 1,000. The savings are placed in an account and held if a motorist has an accident before their account accrues 1,000 they can have the full 1,000 advanced and continue to contribute until their advance is paid off.

Now the question is does this product seem valid? It is IDA Marketing Services only product line up and that should tell us a lot about the company.

Collision insurance is necessary it is one of those expenses that you pay and you cannot avoid. Saving money from a fixed expense like this is very attractive. Instead of paying the extra 10, 25 or 35 dollars a month to the insurance company, that amount is saved in a deductable fund. Savings can be from $250 to nearly $1000 a year merely from changing the deductable on collision insurance from $250 to $1,000. This appears to depend on the company and part of the country.

The figures look good because if you are a careful driver and do not use your deductable you stand to gain quite a bit, if you have an accident then the deductable fund must be replenished can be advanced if the fund is not matured and does not have $1,000 in it yet.

The math does work out, the concept work itself takes funds that most individuals consider spent and irrecoverable and puts them to work saving. In these economic times, finding extra cash or a means to supplement savings is on many of people’s minds. The idea is a new twist on an old concept – trimming excess expenditures. Until this program, deductibles were hardly considered unnecessary since an accident with a high deductable insurance policy could place the individual in a bind.

Whether the CDRP plan marketed by IDA Marketing Services will save money and increase their cash flow of everyone is a matter for the individualBusiness Management Articles, but the figures work out and the IDA Marketing Services vision is sound.
