You have the power to control your day. That was the enjoyable idea I brought away from the movie, "The Secret". Whether I am happy or sad depends on my thoughts that are controlling my emotions. Those emotions are controlling my actions. Sometimes I am happy, sometimes I'm not. It's up to me and my thoughts, and how those thoughts govern my emotions, and thus my actions. Using the law of attraction I can change my life by aligning it to reach certain goals that I have set.

Three simple law of attraction techniques can improve you life. 
1. Visualization.This is not an easy technique, but it is a major aspect of the law of attraction. 
Staying focused is not easy when your mind is echoing with thoughts like the noise in a busy train station. As pulling a screen across a window, so are the worries, problems, and deadlines that get in way of successfully visualizing our goals. A good method to opt for when you're trying to concentrate is to quit what you're doing and do something that makes you happy. This simple tip for the use of the law of attraction will put you in the proper place mentally, so you can make the law of attraction work for you. Once you have engaged this technique, use your refreshed mind to concentrate on your dreams and goals. 
The major tenet of the law of attraction is that like attracts like. That is why positive thinking and visualization are such a large part of the method. Belief in any god or any spiritual being is inconsequential to the law, your thoughts are what channel the good, or the bad, aspects of life to you. Ultimately, we are responsible for the physical experiences of our lives. Consciously or subconsciously, we attract those experiences. 
2. Gratitude.Life-changing is a good term to describe being thankful. So simple an act can have a profound impact on your life. 
To reinforce the power of gratitude, I've come up with some ways to give thanks. So that I recognize how it makes me a better person, a happier person. 
Upon awakening give thanks every day. 
Construct a list in your mind and check off each item that makes you grateful. This is a simple law of attraction technique to get your positive energy charged for the rest of the day. 
Life-challenges are plenty, but you should be grateful that you have them. 
Opportunities - that's what challenges are. From them you can grow and change. They can change you into a winner or a whiner. 
Making a gratitude list will get you through the roughest day. 
Gratitude and joy are two feelings you can conjure up to drive away the blues. Making a gratitude list is the perfect antidote to a bad day. 
What you have may seem too little for thanks, but it isn't. 
One of the rules upon which the law of attraction works is being grateful for what you have. You may seem particularly lacking in some areas and want more or better things in your life. Remember, there are folks out there going to bed hungry, living in places without proper sanitation, walking around in rags, wondering where they can find clean water. Just drawing clean water from a tap or opening your refrigerator should give you plenty of reasons to consider yourself well-off. 
3. Tomorrow always comes and it's just the same as yesterday without action. 
The movie, "The Secret" has a rather simplistic view of the law of attraction. The action required to manifest wealth is skimmed over, too much emphasis is placed on visualization and positive thinking. Whether you want to drop a few pounds or find your soul mate, the law of attraction demands more than just sitting around wishing extra hard that either will suddenly happen. 
Though it is good vehicle to introduce the law of attraction to a wide audience, this feel-good movie doesn't go into taking the action required to make your realities come to life. 
Your quotidian concerns can divert you from taking the steps to turn your goals and aspirations into reality. 
Changing your life should not be sidetracked by the very things you're wanting to change. Try these tactics. 
Over-thinking and over-analyzing are two of your biggest problems. They will waste your time and energy and get you nowhere. Perfection is another bugaboo. Always strive for it, but don't let it stop you. A cup with a chip is better than no cup at all. Each journey starts with a step. Don't try to leap ahead. You'll tire yourself before reach your destination. 
Keep your goals in mind. Follow the guidance above. Soon you'll be living the life you've dreamed about. The law of attraction will give it to you.
