With the emergence and expansion of digital media in the country, the gaming culture in India has evolved leaps and bounds. The modes of entertainment have changed for everyone. People have moved on from watching television and listening to music to spending hours on video games. Since our country majorly consists of a population that belongs to the age group of 25-30, our market proves to be an ideal one for game development. Once the gaming industry in India develops fully, it will grow to become one the biggest and best markets in the world. Moreover, consumption of digital content over all other devices proves that the scope of the gaming industry is huge in India.

But there are several challenges that the gaming industry in India needs to overcome. Along with having a vast knowledge of coding, creating a game requires a lot of creativity and diversely skilled resources. One of the biggest obstacles is getting together a team with the right skill-set. Once these hurdles are crossed, India will surely be one of the most attractive markets for video game designer companies.
