Is Microwaved Food Nutritious?

Well over 90 percent of Americans have a microwave in their kitchen that they use to heat up a quick snack before rushing out the door or defrost an item to be cooked for dinner later on; but how nutritious is the constant use of a microwave as far as the food is concerned?

 If you are eating half of your food from a microwave, then that half of your daily nutrition is being turned into a toxic substance in your body and you are getting nothing good out of it. It doesn’t matter what kind of food it is, either. Everything cooked in a microwave loses nutritional value the second you turn the microwave on.

 In order to comprehend this, you need to understand that a microwave sends out a certain type of electromagnetic radiation that doesn’t just heat the food up. In fact, it vibrates the water molecules within the food so fast that it tears down the surrounding molecules to unrecognizable pieces which then heat up from the vibration; thus cooking the food.

 Russian scientists have found that there is a greater increase for certain cancers in homes that use a microwave oven and this includes lymphatic disorders, cell tumors, intestinal cancers, and the inability to maintain concentration. Even things like becoming dizzy, trouble staying focused, stress, and depression have been linked to having a microwave in your home.

 There have been tests that show animals that have been given a steady diet of microwaved food and water have looked perfectly healthy but died from starvation because they are not getting the nutrition that they need to stay alive. You may be eating and gaining weight with microwaved foods, even organic foods, but the sad truth is that your body is rejecting every molecule of that food as nutritious and, instead, sees it as nuclear waste that shouldn’t be there.

 You will soon find that you are malnourished and your cholesterol is sky high and there is nothing you can do to change it as the radioactive isotopes from the microwaved food is already in your system breaking your own cells down and leaving death.
