What Causes Anxiety Attacks - 6 Common Threads

So, what causes anxiety attacks really?  There is absolutely no direct explanation.  Every person is one of a kind and different.  Somebody might be pushed over the line by speaking in public.  Another might be triggered by talking to possible customers over the telephone.  What causes anxiety attacks will vary from one individual to the next.

So, what causes anxiety attacks precisely?  There's no specific explanation.  Everybody is distinctive and different.  Somebody might be challenged by delivering a speech.  Yet another may be pushed over the line by contacting clients on the phone.  What causes anxiety attacks will vary from one individual to the next.

* Hyperventilation — Breathing very quickly and extremely shallow could often times be what causes anxiety attacks.  For the explanation that this sort of breath is normally what we encounter at the beginning of an anxiety attack.  Thus, whenever we start to hyperventilate, it can kick off a full-blown attack in a chain-reaction.

* Drugs — Medicine has many unintended effects.  If you are not clear about what they could be or how your medicines could mix with one another, you may be inadvertently causing yourself to get anxiety and panic episodes.  Seek the advice of your medical professional and get to the bottom of it!

* Inherited genes — Sometimes we simply get the short end of the stick when it comes to genetic makeup.  Do you have a family record of panic and anxiety episodes?  This might be what causes anxiety attacks if just about every other probable factor appears to not fit in to your state of affairs.

* Nerve-racking Circumstances — When something strong transpires in our lives we might find that we can get forced over the edge quickly.  This has been recognized to happen for people who have lately had a close friend or family member die.  For me, I discovered I became more prone to anxiety attacks while I was hurrying to write my masters thesis in graduate school.  Don’t drink a lot of soda pop or other sources of caffeinated drinks if you end up in a psychologically tense place in your life.  It may set off a panic attack.

* Surroundings — The environment has a tremendous impact on our emotional health.  Lots of people cannot endure being in severe weather like the heat of Phoenix, Az, the humidity of Louisiana, or even the dismal winters of Seattle.  Still some people realize that finding themselves in congested cities like Manhattan, BerlinArticle Submission, or Paris could cause anxiety for them.
