Searching for an apartment home in a small city like Lexington, Ky is much easier than securing an apartment home in Houston, Tx.  The sheer number of apartment homes in Houston is unimaginable. The Leasing Agent

Believe it or not many people will base their decision based upon how they were treated and the demeanor of the leasing agent. We have been on many personal tours where the leasing agent simply opened the door and allowed the possible renters to view the property on their own.

Location

You can easily pay more for an apartment home solely by the square footage.  Many renters will bring calculators with them today and figure out exactly what they are paying per square foot.  Even though they may be writing a larger check to the apartment community each month, they may be saving money when comparing the square footage amounts in each apartment home.
