Those who understand what they do, are outstanding in life. To be knowledgeable is to be marketable! A major problem with our world today is that there are an uncountable number of people doing so many things they barely know anything about, i.e. they don't really know what they are doing. Any attempt to succeed without knowing how to take responsibility, will lead you to adversity and maybe misery as well.

"Send me therefore a man cunning to work in gold,To Be Knowledgeable Is To Be Marketable; Knowledge Brings Success Articles and in silver, and in brass, and in iron, and in purple" - 2nd Chronicles 2: 7. That was the account of Solomon, King of Isreal, when he ordered the import of experts from Tyre through Hiram, King of Tyre, for the building of the Temple of GOD in the land of Isreal. The story lead to the title of my article today. Those who understand what they do, are outstanding in life. To be knowledgeable is to be marketable! A major problem with our world today is that there are an uncountable number of people doing so many things they barely know anything about, i.e. they don't really know what they are doing. It is so annoying to see such people frustrating themselves and those whom they think they are serving.

Can you imagine how disastrous it will be to be operated on by a "medical doctor" who knows nothing about surgery? Think about how life-threatening it will be to be flown in an aircraft by a "pilot" who knows nothing about aviation nor the flying of airplanes. In most cases, when anything goes on wrong, the loss is irreparable. Many times, people want to make it so well in life that they don't understand the significance and place of knowledge in success. Any attempt to succeed without knowing how to take responsibility, will lead you to adversity and maybe misery as well.

Alot of people in the world, and especially Africa, are more prone to be averse with knowledge. The fact is that, until you know, you don't grow! Knowledge brings success. The knowledge of GOD, for example, is the secret of exploits in GOD (Daniel 11: 32). The knowledge of your spouse is the secret of success and the end of misunderstanding in marriage. The knowledge of your work is the secret of expertise and excellence at work. Do not leave your mind dry and fallow. Fallow ground is hardened ground, it is unfruitful and weed-grown ground. The advice I have is: (1) increase the knowledge of what you do through regular or daily personal study. (2) increase your knowledge by attending seminars or trainings organized by those who truly know, i.e. the adepts who are far ahead of you in that particular field.
