OH Boy!!! Spice has left the nest. That can be fixed, with a little effort, a little imagination, and will. That last one is the kicker. When the spice has fizzled out, there has got to be a will to get it back in the relationship. So there are a few things you can do to get the ball rolling again in the bedroom. First few things are easy, buy a sex toy. They can be a great healthy fun way to spice things up a bit. I mean don't go overboard and buy one of everything in the store, but I would definitely buy a few toys for her and a few toys for him.

Change up with each of them,Spice up the bedroom!!! Articles experiment with them, and create new and exciting ways of pleasuring each other. Another good one is take it out of the bedroom. Why does it always have to be come to bed honey, the lights go out you do the dead, and that's the end of it. Remember, when you made out in the back seat of your car for the first time. That feeling of what if we get caught, the excitement and endorphins were raging high, it was quite a rush. Bring that type of excitement back into your sex life, reinvent yourselves and rediscover yourselves for that matter.

Which brings me to my last little tip. I once heard a great little story about how a couple spiced up their love life. I can not take credit for this, and I am not even sure what the couple’s names were to give them proper credit for this great tip. The female got all dressed up, and I mean DOLLED up, took off her wedding ring, and headed out to the local club one night dress to kill. The trick here was to not let her husband know how she was dressed. Now the man, got ready, did his thing, removed his ring and then headed out to the same club. Now not knowing how his wife looked made this a bit challenging, and the wife had a challenge rejecting all the proposals from the other men in the bar. Of course, when the two finally met up, they were to act like the first time they met. You know how it was, talking, getting to know each other, and building that trust factor again. It is a wonderful idea, and we recommend doing something of that caliber, if the spice has left the bedroom. There are hundreds of ways to bring back the spice, all you need is a little imagination, will, and a little effort on both parts.
