In Europe, the United States, Asia, and many other places in the world skateboarding is one of the most popular sports that people take part in. Therefore it is not surprising that there are so many new rising stars and among the Danny Way.

Another person frequently seen making a skate video is Ryan Shecler. However, there is one skateboarder who stands out among all the rest, and not only for the fact that he has accomplished dozens of feats at skate events. He is one of the best professional skaters there are. Danny Way was born in the city of Portland, Oregon in 1974. Some people doubted his skills due to his age, but he has proven time and time again that he is able to keep up with even the youngest and most zealous skaters. At the extremely young age of 5 years old he started to learn skateboarding, and became very good while skating in the Del Mar Skateboard Ranch. He was only six years old, a year later, when he won his very first contest. He received sponsorship from Hosoi Skateboards, as well as Vision Skateboards for this wonderful feat. He can easily be said to have been the youngest skater ever to become professional. He is also the proud father of three children. Two boys named Tavin and Ryden, and a daughter named Rumi.He has broken and created some of the best and hardest records in the entire history of skateboarding. However, one of the feats in which he will be a legend in is when he jumped over the Great Wall of China on his skateboard in 2005. Some of his more daredevil tactics were a bit more risky. In 1997 he landed on a ramp after being dropped in by helicopter, and is the only skater to have performed this. He won three Big Air Gold Medals at the 2004, 2005, and 2005 games. He has broken his own speed record, as well as set other records for backflips and other crazy antics, all recorded and are the most popular skate videos online. He is definitely one of the most talented skaters in history!
