When I ran in discursive groups, even though I was tired, I also will have a sense of accomplishment. Go out running is a manifestation of my attitude towards life. Sometimes I will stop my steps and breathe heavily, and the other person will even turn his head and wave to me. When I was not clear that it was provocation or greeting, the only thing I could do was to squeeze a smiling face with my residual strength, and then gathered up the ache meat, moved forward a few steps as possible as I can.

There is a target in my heart at present. In May 9 this year, in the small Tian Yuan city of Japan, a 100km long-distance cross-country competition will be held, and I have already register for it. I do not know my own line or not, but what I need is to have a motive power and let myself run up. Now I start to run on mountain road, gravel road, asphalt ground as well as dirt road to train myself.

In fact, I was not serious about my running, for sometimes if I was too tired, I would like to stop and eat a cake at a roadside store, and sometimes I would run and run into a restaurant to eat. But I finally began to run. The body can not avoid aging, and someday I am going to meet the dispute situation that I have no effort to do the one sixtieth part for my old age. The purpose of running is neither for weight loss nor for downfall body rescue, however, it is in order to awaken your sleeping enthusiasm, responsibility as well as life attitude. No matter there is a gloomy sky over your head, as long as you run up, you can let yourself live in a world of cardioacceleration.
