Some of the features of "soon to be launched" iOS 7 were captured during its unveiling around two months back while some got listed on the company website itself. However,7 Very Unnoticed Features Of iOS 7 Articles developers and analysts who conducted a thorough inquisition of this software discovered some unique features. Irrespective of this, all the features of iOS 7, which faces the public on September 10, are going to be a surprise for us and give a bundle of joys and delights, every time we use them. Here are few of them.

Blocking calls and texts – With iOS 7, it is easy to abandon calls, text message and video conferencing invitation, as it has a new integrated feature to do this. Apple has introduced a new feature that would allow users to block calls and texts of the people; you don’t want to contact you. Note that this feature was not available in any previous version of the iOS thus; it is taken as a surprise for Apple users.

Bigger folders, more icons you can hide – In the new version of iOS, Apple users will experience much bigger folders than before. Instead of just having rooms for 16 apps, these folders will have the space to contain pages and pages of apps. They are made so big that they can hold newsstand as well. Yeah, you got it right! With iOS 7, finally you can stash newsstand into a folder and don’t have to stare it all the time. This is something that was found in Mac only.

Smarter and more relevant notifications – The notification feature has been completely redesigned in iOS 7. Now it is parted in three sections 'today', 'all' and "missed". The today section gives a quick preview of what's going on at present, how is the weather, birthdays, and other very prescient and meaningful notifications like you should leave early to office because the traffic is high on the way you prefer to reach your office. I am sure, this will sound like what Google Now does for Android users and rightly so, because the idea is similar. This is also a welcome addition for iOS users, as this will keep them organized.

Teach Siri how to pronounce names – Users that have awkwardly pronounced names can finally teach Siri how they want it to call them. Siri has been made smarter and now, it will not rely on phonetic spellings and ask you how to want your name to be pronounced. Once, it records the answer, it will take some time to perfect in pronouncing your name, the way you want it.

Special inboxes – How about the idea where you can see all your emails addressed directly to you at once or emails that contain attachments are categorized in a different Inbox. Yes, this feature is available in Apple iOS 7 and these inboxes behave more like VIP inboxes already present in the iOS.

Managing bulk emails – In earlier versions of iOS, there was no way to mark bulk emails as read and Apple users often missed this feature. Apple acknowledged this and introduced bulk email management feature. With this, you will be able to select multiple emails and manage them the way you want.

LivePhoto filters – Until now, we used to apply filters to photographs after clicking them. The camera app of iOS 7 allows live previews and you can see how an image would appear in black and white or vintage filters even while clicking the pictures.

CONCLUSION

I feel that the list can be enlarged further, as there are many more features of iOS 7 that are yet to be discovered. With iOS 7 finally launching next month, we'll be able to determine the true power infused by the designing and development team of Apple.
