I've been shocked to discover how much more enjoyment I have when viewing Damages via HD. But HDTV isn't all. Comcast provides outstanding Digital Voice and High-Speed Internet service as well.

Being addicted is a horrible situation. It takes over your mind and purpose,Damages - Addictive TV Show On Cable TV Articles the more you have the more you want. That is what it is like with Damages and star Glenn Close's Emmy winning main character. Several of the writers and actors have received various nominations for the show.

Glenn Close plays Patty Hewes, the lawyer from Hewes and Associates. Whether loved or loathed, Close plays her role with a brilliant relish. And then Ellen Parsons, played by Rose Byrne, shows up. She's a recent graduate who many firms scout, but prefers to work for Patty Hewes. While their personalities are disparate, they agree that they'll never be controlled by anyone else. As the season has progressed, both actresses have turned in incredible performances that draw you even further into this compelling series.

Damages mixes things that happened in the past, and things that are going to happen along with the current storyline. It seems that every minute of the show could reveal a significant plot twist which keeps you glued to your seat. You need to stay alert in order to follow the twists in the plot. You need to keep your eyes peeled at all times. For instance, take a good look at Saffron's collar when Ray Fiske does in the pilot. Characters come and go and you are expected to remember them. You should be aware that at least one person you like will be gone. From show to show you'll never know who will make it to next week. Damages has a first season run of 13 shows, but only some of the starting cast will comeback for a second series.

I wonder if my addition to Damages will keep going. Is it possible for the show's creators to continue to generate such enjoyable material? Will there be further plot twists, enough for yet one or two more seasons with sufficient mystery? Never give up hope! TV will lose one of the best series to debut on the small screen in years if the writers and producers can match the quality of the first season in the second.

One thing I suggest, if possible, invest in a Hi-Def TV to get the full Damages' experience. A great lineup of digital and High Definition channels are offered by my local cable provider Comcast Cable. My previous DSL service did not permit me to download a/v files or keep up with my personal favorite programs as quickly as this service does. Plus, with Comcast Digital Voice I can make crystal clear calls nationwide with out paying long distance charges. The Comcast HD Triple Play bundle allows me to subscribe to all three excellent services by paying a single monthly flat rate. I found the best promotion online. For all your entertainment and communications needs I suggest Comcast Cable if its available in your area.
