The Formax FD 2200-15 Data Integrity Scanning System provides simultaneous data integrity and print quality inspection for mail processing, secure printing and label inspection applications. The Scanning System has been requested by numerous Formax customers, including banking institutions, insurance companies and other financial services firms. The System is capable of reading OCR or Barcodes to verify sequencing and identify duplicate and missing pieces. The software pulls together images and data collected from the single-camera system and allows the implementation of any number of software tools to read, control, inspect, verify, log and report. The Data Integrity Scanning System is ideal for use with Formax inserters, 6304 Series and above, and production pressure sealers. Reads: OCR (Optical Character Recognition), Barcode, Optional Dual Barcode & OCR Read. Verifies: Correct sequencing, Print File reconciliation, Identify duplicate and missing pieces, Logs and Reports: 100% Proof of printing / mailing, Operator / job / production data, Detail, Error & Summary report, Includes date and time stamp of each read.
