The Mojito at Nikki Beach

Who doesn’t love this cocktail classic? But here, at the exclusive, glamorous and hugely trendy Nikki Beach, the mojito has been elevated to the next level. Combining white rum, sugar, mint leaves and soda, a mojito at Nikki Beach is a wonderful way to refresh and relax, especially if you like hanging out in the coolest place in town.

Located at the Playa Hotel Don Carlos, in Marbella on Carretera de Cádiz, the club is open from 10am-8pm.

The Café del Sol Summer Punch

This gorgeous zingy creation of Smirnoff Vodka, lemon juice, fresh raspberries, crème de cassis and crème de mure topped with cava, is a real treat. Enjoy it at the laid back café of the same name while watching the sunset over one of the most stunning beaches in town, Playa del faro.

The Carl Johan at El Catalonia

This wonderful blend of Bombay Sapphire gin, Pisang Ambon Banana and Herb Liquor, lime juice and tonic is simple but refreshing and can be enjoyed at El Catalonia, a bar famous for its fusion of 60s rock ‘n’ roll and northern soul music. Live music plays through the evenings and it’s free!

You can find this place at Puerto Deportivo, Local 4, Marbella, and it opens at 5pm.

The Classic Dry Martini at Marbella Club

Indulge in a little sophistication at the Marbella Club’s fabulous beach venue where you will be drinking in the shoes of Brigitte Bardot, Sofia Loren and Sting, who also reputedly enjoyed the club’s classic cocktail, a dry martini. Gin and Vermouth accentuated with a green olive is all there is to it, and it is a true taste sensation.

The MC Beach is at the Marbella Club Hotel on Prince Alfonso von Hohenlohe Boulevard, 29600, Marbella, and is open from 1pm until midnight.

The Hurricane

Hard Rock Café always delivers and in Marbella it is in the guise of The Hurricane. This tempting blend of orange, mango, pineapple, Bacardi, Disaronno, Amaretto and Grenadine is topped with an orange and a maraschino cherry; taste this one and you will be dancing all night long, for sure!

Hard Rock Café is located on Calle Ramón Areces, 29662 in Marbella, and is open from midday until 11pm.
