We checked out team member Richard Otto and what he has done when he joined the company.

First off the Otto has been in the helping home owners in the facilitation of their homes and the properties that they have purchased from the company. When Otto joined the team what first struck the man was how huge the deal and the scope was. It is a huge 14,000 acres of land that they are responsible of developing and turning in homes and a community. To be clear though Otto said that the company has alloted 10,000 acres to be kept as sanctuary for wild life and the lush forest. The 4,000 will be the one alloted for residential development.

In the heart of the land development is a already almost finished marina where a few stores and homes are located. The project will be finished by 2011 so you can see for yourself what the development looks like.

According to Otto the Sanctuary Belize is not your ordinary small condo community. What it really is a a small town or village. In that village everything you need is already there. The community is self contained and you can obtain the basic needs you have with in the confines of the Marina village. Though it is a community it is still spacious that you do not feel congested or that you are there rubbing elbows with your neighbors.

Otto said he is love with Belize and that working with the project has made him fall in love with Belizian food. He really praises and high ones at that Belizian cuisine. What Otto ate was the freshest fish which the team catches every day. The company has even put up an Organic Vegetable Garden store where he can purchase food to satisfy the health buff in him.

Otto also like working with his team. He said that the people running the company were really professionals and were really knowledgeable about the property and how develop it. In fact Otto said that the company was really passionate about building a great community for the people who are investing in this great Belize real estate.

He was also very appreciative of the team on the ground at Sanctuary Belize.

Belize is something amazing he says and very happy to be part of the team.
