Best Way to Lose Weight for VegetariansLosing weight is actually easy. Not to mention losing weight the vegetarian style. You just have to find out the best diet for your vegetarian weight loss and the most efficient way to burn fat via exercises. That's it! But is there a better way than these two? You'll see soon enough... You probably already know that eating and exercising are 2 ways to lose weight for vegetarians. But what kind of vegetarian weight loss diet will help lose fat effectively and what type of exercise will give you the best weight loss result? Let's look into each of them, and then at the end I'll show you the third way to lose weight as a vegetarian 10 times more effective than any other methods in the world. It's kind of challenging but if losing weight is what you want, then you'll find it rewarding. What Diet to Eat to Lose Weight for Vegetarians? Heard of raw vegan or raw food diet? If you go with that, you don't take any animal-based product such as dairy and eggs. By the way, factory farmers inject growth hormones and other chemicals to cattle and chickens to help produce more milk and eggs respectively in shorter time. These nonsense and toxic stuff may affect your thyroid function and retard your metabolism, thus preventing weight loss and harm your health over time. To make matter worse, you eat other preprocessed vegetarian foods high in sugar, sodium and saturated fat, which explain why you gain weight easily, especially on your midsection. To lose weight effectively as a vegetarian, do away with foods which contain high sodium, sugar and saturated fat (except coconut oil) and avoid dairy and eggs as far as possible. In other words, eat more raw fruits and vegetables along with minimally processed vegetarian foods. Warning: You can't eat certain vegetables and grains (like rice) in raw. For example, some vegetables such as buckwheat greens and parsnips require steaming or boiling to remove their toxic properties by nature. They won't kill you even if you eat them raw, but they may cause some skin problems or make you sensitive to light. What Exercise to Do for Maximum Fat Loss? Take jogging. If you jog at a constant pace, you're doing cardio exercise and you won't burn the most fat. To maximize fat loss, turn it into an interval pattern such that you'll jog for 20 seconds then sprint (increase your speed to a comfortable level) for 10 seconds and then fall back to jogging pace for 20 seconds again. Repeat the pattern. If 10-sec sprint is too tough for you to begin with, reduce to 8 seconds then. Simply put, low-high-low-high-low is the intensity pattern in interval training which is exceptionally effective to help you lose weight efficiently. Include interval pattern in any form of exercises, and you're bound to lose more fat than those who're still doing "one-more, two-more…" monotonously in cardio exercises. Warning: As interval training involves high intensity level, warm-up is of utmost importance or you can sustain injury easily. Make sure you warm-up for at least 5 minutes before you engage in any interval workouts. Ultimate Best Way to Lose Weight for Vegetarians Eating raw vegetarian diet promotes easy fat loss. Doing interval training helps burn more fat. What if you combine these 2 super techniques together? You're going to lose weight the vegetarian style so much effective than executing only one of them in your weight loss regimen. Common
