Last, but not least, you need to have a lot of sleep. If you have ever heard people say that the body builds itself during sleep and not at the gym, then you may not know how true that is. You see, when you are working out, you are not really increasing your muscle mass. In fact, what you are doing is breaking it down. While you are sleeping at night, your muscles start to rebuild, bigger than what they were last time. To make sure you get enough sleep, you are going to need eight or more hours a day. See, your body tries to makes your muscles so that it's harder to break down. That is why you have to keep doing more and more for your work out.
