We live in twenty first century. In this century science is the god. It is because it has answer of every question. Today it is stressing over the fact that most of the diseases which we caught is due to our own fault. The reason for diseases like high blood pressure, hypertension, and heart attack can be surely attributed to our unstable life style and most importantly obesity.

Earlier obesity used to be disease of rich. People used to take charm in that. They believed that a person is well established or not from the fact that if he is obese or not. This process continued for many years. And now obesity has been declared a disease. We want to prevent it but we can’t do because we can’t control our wishes. You may wonder that some people grow so obese that they can’t even move from their bed place.

They have to use wheel chair to move from one place to another. When they fly they have to book two seats for themselves because they can’t be adjusted into one. All they do is to make prime time head lines. Media person loves them because they have so much to broadcast and at the same time the person is also happy because they are of some use to the society.

They are not able to reduce their weight by diet control or exercises. That thing is no practical for them. They have to undergo some kind weight removal surgery to get rid of the extra pound they have accumulated. It is not necessary that you will also become so obese but you can become something from where there is no coming back. Hence as a responsible person we should keep our weight in watch and if you have literally become obese then you should enroll in some kind of weight loss program.
