Breasts implantation is a very renowned technique used to alter the shape and size of women's breasts. Breasts implantation can also be stated under many names such as breasts enlargement, breasts augmentation, mammoplasty enlargement, boob job, mammoplasty augmentation etc. Breasts tissue expander is a breast implantation method on temporary basis which is used in the reconstruction of breasts. There are two main types of breasts implants they are saline filled implants and silicone gel filled implants. These two types of implants can be explained broadly -

Saline filled implants

Saline-filled breast implants were first developed in France in 1964, introduced by Arion. Saline filled implants basically consist of silicon elastomer shells filled with sterile saline liquid. During surgical operation the silicon elastomer shells is inserted into the female breasts and provides bust with a complete shape and size and at the same time leads to reconstruction of bosoms. Saline-filled implants were most commonly used implant in the United States during the 1990s but its use in other countries is very rare as because it is associated with various complications.

Silicone gel filled implants

Silicone gel filled implants is a commonly used method of breast implants. Silicone gel filled implants comprises of silicone gel filled with viscous silicone gel. This method is used to augment the shape and size of women's bust. Women generally undergoes these kinds of surgical operations to enlarge their breast and to gain the self esteem and confidence.

Breasts implantation might give higher level of satisfaction, boosts the level of confidence, reduces depression in women but along with all these breasts implantation is also associated with some risks and complications.

Breasts implant problems can be stated as the most commonly seen problems worldwide which is caused because of frequent alteration of bust. From the number of studies it has been examined that thousands of women are becoming ill because of implantation of breasts.

Complications 

Huge number of women claims that they are facing neurological and rheumatological problems. Breast implants have resulted in standardized mortality ratio in both bosoms implant and other plastic surgery patients, but resulting in respiratory problems. Breasts implantation can cause cancer also.
