To celebrate his 10th anniversary at the house of Dior,World Circumnavigation with Dior Saddle Bags – Africa Articles John Galliano re-designed 12 saddle bags, each representing a country where he traveled. One bag, one country. Now follow me to have a world circumnavigation.

As the homage to Egypt, Dior Egypt Saddle Bag comes in the shape of black satin embroidered with gold sequins and finished with a lapis lazuli-studded D. This bag embodies a lot of elements of Ancient Egypt, a land of great wonder. Appreciate it placidly; you can see the Pyramids of Giza, the lighthouse of Alexandria, the Egyptian Sphinx, and the Egyptian Sun God etc. With Gold and Black ‘CD’ Logo and D ‘D’ charm, it looks like modern-day Cleopatre.

The Morocco Saddle Bag features white crepe. The pattern on the bag is originated from the classic Morocco geometric tile pattern. As we all know Moroccan tiles are historic tiles dated many centuries ago. They are rich of complex geometric patterns are regarding as the most recognizable visual expressions of Moroccan art. The blue geometric design matching with polished silver metal ‘CD’ charms and white handles creates a perfect saddle bag with Morocco style.
