Brief biography:
Auditel, Inc. is the brainchild of Barbara Clements, a value focused person who realized early on in her career that companies were needlessly spending valuable assets. Barbara understands that the main objective of her clients is to keep their businesses running properly and is thrilled to offer a service that enables them to meet that objective. Barbara's goal is to give clients with existing telecom departments the skills necessary to manage their own telecommunications bills while conducting comprehensive, accurate, and efficient telecommunication bill audits.
Her career history is extensive and diverse, including experience in sales, customer service management and training. In 1990 Barbara made a career choice to focus on local telephone bill audits, bringing Auditel into existence. Barbara has always liked puzzles and figuring out ways to make complicated matters appear simple. She couldn't look at a telecommunications bill without questioning every detail and would persist in her investigation until all errors were corrected. That meticulous process has led to many years of business generating referrals and satisfied customers. As President and Senior Instructor, she passes her knowledge and enthusiasm on to her students and staff. Barbara was interviewed about the telecom industry on television by Alexander Haig last year and this interview can be viewed on the Auditel website.
