Artificial sweeteners are used in thousands of products as a substitute for natural sweeteners. Although they have no calories they still cause weight gain.
The average adult needs 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Less sleep per night results in slow metabolism, low HGH levels and weight gain.
The latest sweetener to hit the market is Coca Cola and Cargill's Truvia. This product claims to be "Natural", but is it? Is it a healthy alternative to sugar?
In order to lose weight a person should reduce their calories and increase the amount of exercise that they do.  After all, the reason that we Americans are fat is because we eat too much and exercise...
