Brief biography:
Dalida has lived and worked in China since 1990. In 1995 she started to work with various multinational companies in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan delivering Vision, Values & Goals, Leadership and Teambuilding programs. She is a skilled Master Coach, assisting performance enhancement of individuals and teams in both business and personal life.
In 2002 Dalida founded http://www.small-steps-coaching.com with the initial aim of implementing her corporate sector experience in facilitating change for non-profit organizations in Asia. She has working experience in China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Mongolia and Thailand. She is fluent in English, Chinese and Serbian and practises internal martial arts (Taichi, Xinyi and Bagua).
