I'm a blogging enthusiast who likes to write about the use of orthotics for the prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries.

Sporting injuries are all too common, for the professional and amateur alike. With varying methods to treat injuries my focus is on the use of bracing and supports in conjunction with low intensity exercise as a means of rehabilitation and get people back out playing sport.
