Brief biography:
Ernest Llynn Lotecka, PhD, has been strongly focused on human development since his early school years. After education and experience in engineering and management, he chose to combine that knowledge with behavioral-social sciences. “El” has specialized in life coaching, career/relationship counseling and transition consulting with clients from business, public and military sectors. His emphasis is on skill-building that make significant real-world differences, and has won awards for effective educational practices. He is program director of APAL, a public service organization for supporting better People Skills.
