Brief biography:
My name is Gary England and I have been running regularly for over forty years. I run about 10-12 miles a week and occasionally in local 5K runs. I enjoy running as an exercise, especially outdoors even in the winter. My goal is to stay in shape so that a mile hike or several flights of stairs won’t leave me gasping for air.
