Julius Nehorai is an entrepreneur with experience of international business in many fields. From starting his career in a family Oriental Carpet Importing business to becoming one of the youngest Managing Directors of a company quoted on the London Stock Exchange, Julius' career has encompassed several different businesses in the UK and USA, where he was resident for some 12 years.
For the past 10 years he has been involved in the overseas resort development business in several roles. These include introducing management companies to developers and arranging JV's for hotels, Health Spas, Golf, Marinas etc., assisting in the raising of finance and selling and marketing the real-estate which is an important part of these projects.
Julius travels frequently to where the projects are located. He has also built a small portfolio of properties himself and invests in several of the resort developments in which he is involved.
