Brief biography:
Laura Stanyer is an accomplished Dance Artist, Choreographer and Dance Performance Coach. After years of seeing dancers suffering high levels of stress, fatigue and injury, Laura dedicated herself to creating a safe and effective dance practice that could use simple and powerful tools to enhance dancers’ lives.
Built on years of research, Power Dance System merges a distinctive fusion of dance styles and proven fitness principles which work alongside effective massage and skill-enhancing relaxation & visualisation techniques to help make you the best dancer you can possibly be. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Performing Arts and Dance and is a certified Fitness Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist. She has lectured at various professional dance training schools including London Contemporary Dance School, London Dance Studio and Laban.
