As manager of several food production plants, she significantly streamlined operations. For over 20 years as CEO of her executive search firm, LG Brand, she delivered strong, contributing employees to clients dealing with prevailing problems or rapid growth. She personally produced $750,000 annually during her firm's last three years. Linda has always been in the business of creating breakthrough results.

Linda is a Master Certified Coach, a Certified DynaMetrics Professional, and a certified graduate of Coach U. She also has her bachelor's degree from Ohio University. She is a member of the International Coach Federation's Board of Directors, the National Speakers Association, and former president of the D. C. Metro chapter of the International Coach Federation.
